We believe that embedding responsible environmental practices wherever we can in our business is good for us, our tenants and the communities in which we build and operate. In support of our pillar, Fighting Climate Change, Choice Properties is committed to reaching net-zero emissions by 2050. This involves transitioning our assets, implementing green leases with tenants to drive complementary sustainability goals, and managing water and waste responsibly. We also enhance urban biodiversity, understanding climate risk faced by our properties, and uphold rigorous environmental and occupational health and safety standards.

Placemaking
Placemaking is an approach to designing and activating spaces centred on the human experience. Through Placemaking, Choice Properties leverages its properties to enhance its social impact goals of propelling both local economic development and social cohesion.
Choice Cares
Choice Cares is our national community engagement program, where colleagues across the country dedicate their time, talent, and resources to volunteer and fundraise, supporting causes that uplift local communities.
